Jessica

Jessica is a native Angeleno with multiple years of continuous sobriety. After struggling for more than 16 years, she has finally found relief from the disease of addiction and now lives a spiritual life. She felt inspired by Megan and Katelin and decided to join forces with them in the field of addiction recovery by Co-Founding Namaste Sober Living. She believes that her many years of life experience can help her relate greatly to the addict or alcoholic who still suffers and she’s eager to share her guidance, tools and wisdom with those who seek a better way of life. She values honesty, open-mindedness and staying true to oneself above all else and is motivated to inspire other women to be the best versions of themselves and to reach their full potential, find clarity and ultimately heal. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, fitness, creating art and spending time with her loved ones and beloved dog. Jessica has discovered purpose and passion in her life through spirituality and by letting go of her past and she’s excited to share that newfound freedom with others.

Megan

Megan is a skilled professional with nearly a decade of experience working in behavioral healthcare. Megan has held various positions in the field of addiction treatment such as Director of Operations, Program Director, Admissions Director, as well as Business Development representative. During her career, Megan has had the opportunity to work with both CARF and JCAHO accredited facilities, and it was her job to ensure that the facilities maintained compliance to the accrediting bureaus. It is her passion to ensure that client care and safety stays number one at all times. In 2021, Megan graduated from LA Institute for Alcohol and Drug Counseling, a CCAPP approved school. Not only does Megan have professional experience in the field, she also has nearly a decade of personal experience in recovery. Megan believes fully in the altruistic movement that is the 12 step process. Between 2020-2024, Megan has Co-Founded Anchor House, Heart House, Sunlight of the Spirit, Freedom House, Diamond House and Namaste Sober Living. Megan is grateful for her personal and professional experience, as it allows her to truly connect with clients at all stages of recovery. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids and two dogs. She is passionate about staying active and enjoys going to country music concerts all over the country.

Katelin

With over a decade of sobriety and personal experience in recovery, Katelin has made it her life’s work to help other women find freedom from alcoholism and addiction. She first learned altruism through the 12-steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and that quickly became a part of her daily living. After getting sober, Katelin realized that her dream was to be able to help women on a larger scale. In 2020 Katelin Co-Founded Anchor House Sober Living, which is a 10 bed women’s sober living in Agoura Hills. After a year of working with incredible women, she Co-Founded Heart House Recovery in Thousand Oaks, a 13 bed women’s sober living. In 2023, she Co-Founded Sunlight of the Spirit and Diamond House Sober Livings in Woodland Hills. Most recently, in 2024, opening Namaste Sober Living for women with Jessica and Megan. One of Katelins biggest assets is her ability to support each woman with love and compassion. She inspires women to walk with integrity and grace to truly apply spiritual principles to all aspect of their lives. She is an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon and ACA. In her free time, Katelin enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and her fur baby Violet. Katelin has a love for spiritual workshops and reading inspirational literature.
